DEBORAH MUNHOZ, M.S. - Certified Executive Coach

Background and Experience:

With more than 25 years of hospital and related healthcare business experience, Deborah brings experience to support leaders at all levels of an organization  become more fully engaged, good communicators and critical thinkers. Before launching her consulting and coaching firm in 1999, she previously owned and managed a Joint Commission accredited Home Infusion Pharmacy. There she developed competence in  business development, human resources, quality and assurance, Board relations and strategic planning, resulting in the ability to create and sustain effective business practices for front line staff, middle and senior management

For nearly a decade Deborah has assisted individuals in leadership positions to adopt effective habits of perception and behavior for living, leading and accelerating corporate strategies.  Her development work as a coach applies to a range of situations for leaders whether new to a culture or position and needing on-board assistance or engaged in preparation for expanded sphere of influence and responsibility.

Since 2006 Deborah has been Senior Faculty for the Academy for Coach Training, training professional coaches and teaching coaching skills to leaders for leadership development.

Education and Credentials:

Deborah received both a Master’s Degree in Health Administration and Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Oregon.

Deborah is a certified executive coach and credentialed by the International Coach Federation. Her executive coach training has been through the Academy for Coach Training and the Institute of Life. Additional training has awarded certifications as follows:
